ADB launches new project to improve skills, competitiveness of Cambodia's Labor Force
ADB has been researching and developing a new project called "Skills for Future Economy" with the main purpose of improving the industry in Cambodia. Ith Samheng, Minister of Labor and Vocational Training, met with Jyotsana Varma, Country Director of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to discuss Industrial Development Policy, Employment and Employment Development Policy, National Policy on Technical and Vocational Education and Training, among other policies. Varma said that during the Covid-19 pandemic, both ADB and the Royal Government of Cambodia have worked together to achieve success in training young people with knowledge and skills to build their bright futures.
